The 2024/2025 Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure, located on page 659, unmistakably reveal that the government has estimated the completion cost to be $265 million.
This revelation continues to raise serious questions about the transparency and honesty of this SLP administration. Why would the Prime Minister mislead the country about such a crucial issue?
