The truth is, this preschool was initiated and brought to 75% completion under the leadership of Dr. Gale Rigobert and the former UWP administration. Since taking office in 2021, the project sat untouched for nearly four years. Now, as elections approach, Jereliah is shamelessly claiming it as his own.
