Ernest Hilaire’s attempt to shift the blame for his mismanagement of Saint Lucia’s Citizenship by Investment has exposed several lies told by Hilaire himself.
In the address Hilaire said that the CIP Infrastructure Programme was launched in March. Based on our information the Infrastructure Option was actually launched on February 1st 2024! Hilaire’s words can’t be trusted!
