This is the stark and undeniable truth about leadership and delivery. Allen Chastanet, during his time as Prime Minister, created over 2,000 jobs in call centres, providing real opportunities for young people, especially in communities in the south long starved of employment. These jobs brought dignity, income and hope to thousands of families.
In sharp contrast, Philip J. Pierre, after nearly four years in office, has created NO new call centre jobs. Despite lofty promises and political posturing, the reality for many Saint Lucians under his administration is stagnant opportunity and rising frustration.
