Question for Ernest Hilaire: Why did you sign a contract giving Galaxy permission to keep all of the extra money when the price of citizenships increased? Based on the contract which Hilaire signed, when the price of citizenships increased from US$100,000 to US$250,000 per citizenship, Galaxy gets to keep the extra US$150,000. Don’t expect Hilaire to debate the budget!
