Court of Appeal rules in favour of Guy Joseph in his defamation case against Miguel Fevrier and MBC awarding him costs on the appeal and in the High Court. The case will now proceed to trial where he is confident he will be vindicated against the untruths spewed by Miguel Fevrier and MBC which were clearly politically motivated
